The core structure of electric bumper cars

May 13, 2026

The electric bumper car is powered by a 24V low-voltage motor, with the wheels driven by a battery pack. The car body is integrally molded using a rotational molding process. This process involves heating plastic granules at high temperatures and rotating them in a mold, giving the outer shell impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties while reducing the overall weight to approximately 80kg.

The internal structure includes a crash cushioning layer, a steering control system, and a safety seat. The seat is ergonomically designed and can support two people with a total weight not exceeding 150kg. The bottom of the car is equipped with an anti-rollover device to ensure stability during collisions or sharp turns.
